ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL.

Superior Road Service, LLC does not accept returns or provide refunds for services, labor, diagnostic work, dispatch fees, service-call fees, mileage charges, parts, materials, special-order items, or any other products or services purchased from the company.

Services

All payments for roadside assistance, dispatch, travel, diagnostics, repairs, labor, and other services are final and nonrefundable.

Once a technician has been dispatched, all applicable dispatch, service-call, travel, and mileage charges remain due, even if:

• The customer cancels the service request;
• The vehicle is moved before the technician arrives;
• Another service provider arrives first;
• The customer is no longer at the location; or
• The requested service is no longer needed.

Parts and Materials

All sales of parts and materials are final. Superior Road Service, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for purchased, ordered, installed, unused, or special-order parts.

Defective parts may be covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties do not include labor, diagnostics, dispatch, travel, removal, reinstallation, or other related charges unless expressly stated in writing.

Billing Errors

This policy does not prevent Superior Road Service, LLC from correcting a verified duplicate payment, processing error, or unauthorized charge.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
